The bedroom was beautiful and cosy, the clean bathroom was the best, and the location was wonderful and gorgeous, just a few steps away from Ripley's Believe it or Not.

Got double room with view of the douro valley as expected, enjoyed it. Superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, provided information if needed. The setting of hotel was good, to near hill.

we truly enjoyed the hotel, its stunning location and outstandingly accommodating staff. our new-fashioned and impeccably clean room was complete with view of the douro valley, view to the valley. generally everything was nice, but the bathroom was cold. tbh, had a really great stay for one night.

The place had a modern and cozy vibe, plus a great view of the Douro Valley 🌄. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the train station and other attractions in Portugal.

We didn't feel like leaving, can just recommend. It was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. the location was beautiful, a short walk to Mesao Frio, the train station, and restaurants. We had a double room, which was spotless and wonderful.

The location was fantastic, with a short walk to a vineyard, grocery store, and excellent restaurants. Additionally, being nestled in the hills of the Douro Valley in Mesao Frio made for an unforgettable experience. I had a great one-night stay and will definitely choose this place again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location was great, with excellent restaurants nearby and breathtaking views of the valley. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and lovely bathroom. the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. We also loved exploring the owner's wine fields and fruit trees. a wonderful experience!

The shower could use better water pressure.

The view from the terrace overlooking the valley was breathtaking and made for a relaxing stay. the pool and facilities were well-maintained and provided a great place to unwind. the staff were friendly and accommodating and provided helpful advice on nearby attractions and activities.

Finding the location was a bit challenging as it was not well marked, but once we arrived the staff helped us get settled in. the rooms were not exactly as advertised and lacked some basic amenities such as a kettle and enough utensils.
